GREENREX is a novel nutraceutical product to combat Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease(Fatty Liver) and thus improve overall health and a well-being. The Government of India organisation ICAR-Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute (CMFRI) researched and developed this product under the brand name 
LivCure Extract. This ICAR-CMFRI patented product is produced from a special variety of marine plant that grows on ocean beds under special conditions.
According to the study conducted by CMFRI during the product development stage, the administration of LivCure resulted in the significant improvement in liver health along with a reduction in fatty liver while maintaining other liver/lipid parameters within the clinically acceptable limits. The pre-clinical trial showed no a test-substance-related general organ or systemic a toxicity following long-term oral administration of LivCure extract.
CMFRI is licensed M/S.Emineotech Private Limited for the commercial production of LivCure Extract. Emineotech adopted the brand name “GreenRex” for the commercial production. Greenrex is produced without any modification to the original with the formula/technology and under the supervision of CMFRI.
